الحَارِثُ بنُ مُحَمَّدِ بنِ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ التَّمِيْمِيُّ
مَوْلاَهُمْ وَاسْمُ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ: دَاهِرٌ، الحَافِظُ، الصَّدُوْقُ، العَالِمُ، مُسْنِدُ العِرَاقِ، أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ التَّمِيْمِيُّ مَوْلاَهُم، البَغْدَادِيّ، الخَصِيبُ، صَاحِبُ (المُسْنَدِ) المَشْهُوْرِ، وَلَمْ يُرَتِّبْه عَلَى الصَّحَابَةِ، وَلاَ عَلَى الأَبْوَابِ.
وُلِدَ: فِي سَنَةِ سِتٍّ وَثَمَانِيْنَ وَمائَةٍ.
وَسَمِعَ مِنْ: عَبْدِ الوَهَّابِ بنِ عَطَاء، وَبِشْر بن عُمَرَ الزَّهْرَانِيّ، وَيَزِيْد بن هَارُوْنَ، وَروْح بن عُبَادَةَ، وَكَثِيْر بن هِشَامٍ، وَعَبْد اللهِ بن بَكْرٍ السَّهْمِيّ، وَمُحَمَّد بن عُمَرَ الوَاقِدِيّ، وَسَعِيْد بن عَامِرٍ الضُّبَعِيّ، وَأَبِي النَّضْرِ، وَعُثْمَان بن عُمَرَ بنِ فَارِس، وَأَبِي نُوح قُرَاد، وَعُبَيْد اللهِ بن مُوْسَى، وَيَحْيَى بن أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ الكِرْمَانِيّ، وَأَبِي جَابِر مُحَمَّد بن عَبْدِ المَلِكِ، وَمُحَمَّد بن عَبْدِ اللهِ بنِ كُنَاسَة، وَالأَسْوَد بن عَامِر شَاذَان، وَمُحَمَّد بن مُصْعَبٍ القَرْقَسَانِي، وَقَبِيْصَة، وَأَبِي نُعَيْمٍ، وَعَفَّان، وَمُسْلِم بن إِبْرَاهِيْمَ، وَأَبِي عُبَيْدٍ، وَخَلْقٍ سِوَاهم.
رَوَى عَنْهُ: أَبُو بَكْرٍ بنُ أَبِي الدُّنْيَا، وَمُحَمَّد بن جَرِيْر الطَّبَرِي، وَمُحَمَّد بن مَخْلَدٍ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّجَّادُ، وَعَبْد الصَّمَدِ الطَّسْتِي، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ الشَّافِعِيُّ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ بنُ خَلاَّد النَّصِيْبِيّ، وَعَبْد اللهِ بن الحُسَيْنِ النَّضْرِي المَرْوَزِيّ، وَخَلْقٌ.
ذَكَرَهُ ابْن حِبَّانَ فِي (الثِّقَات) .
وَقَالَ الدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ: صَدُوْقٌ.قَالَ غُنْجَارُ البُخَارِيّ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بنُ مُوْسَى الرَّازِيّ: سَمِعْتُ الحَارِثَ بنَ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ يَقُوْلُ لِي:
سِتُّ بَنَاتٍ، أَصْغَرُهُنَّ بِنْت سِتِّيْنَ سَنَةً، مَا زوجتُ وَاحِدَةً منهنَّ لأَننِي فَقيرٌ، وَمَا جَاءنِي إِلاَّ فَقير، وَكرهتُ أَنْ أَزيد فِي عيَالِي، وَهَا كَفنِي عَلَى الوَتِد مِنْ ثَلاَثِيْنَ سَنَةً، خِفْتُ أَنْ لاَ يجدُوا لِي كَفَناً.
ورَوَاهَا غَيْر غُنْجَار عَنِ الرَّازِيّ.
وَقَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بنُ مُحَمَّدِ بنِ مَالِكٍ الإِسكَافِي: سَأَلْتُ إِبْرَاهِيْم الحَرْبِيّ عَنِ الحَارِث بن مُحَمَّدٍ، وَقُلْتُ: إِنَّهُ يَأْخذ الدَّرَاهِم.
فَقَالَ: اسْمع مِنْهُ فَإِنَّهُ ثِقَةٌ.
وَقَالَ أَبُو الفَتْحِ الأَزْدِيّ: هُوَ ضَعِيْف، لَمْ أَرَ فِي شُيُوْخنَا مَنْ يُحَدِّث عَنْهُ.
قُلْتُ: هَذِهِ مجَازفَةٌ، لَيْتَ الأَزْدِيّ عَرَفَ ضَعْفَ نَفْسِه.
وَقَالَ البَرْقَانِيُّ: أَمرنِي الدَّارَقُطْنِيّ أَنْ أُخَرِّج حَدِيْثَ الحَارِث فِي (الصَّحِيْحِ) .
وَقَالَ ابْنُ حَزْمٍ فِي (المُحَلَّى) : ضَعِيْفٌ.
قُلْتُ: لاَ بَأْسَ بِالرَّجُل، وَأَحَادِيْثُه عَلَى الاسْتقَامَة، وَهُوَ الَّذِي رَوَى كِتَاب (الْعقل) عَنِ ابْنِ المُحَبَّر، وَقِيْلَ: إِنَّهُ سَمِعَ مِنْ عَلِيّ بن عَاصِم.
وَأَظُنُّنِي رَأَيْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، وَكَذَا قِيْلَ: إِنَّهُ رَوَى عَنْ: أَبِي بدر السَّكُوْنِيّ.
وَقَدْ سَمِعْنَا جُمْلَةً مِنْ (مُسْنَده) وَذَنْبُه أَخْذُهُ عَلَى الرِّوَايَة، فَلَعَلَّهُ وَهُوَ الظَّاهِر أَنَّهُ
كَانَ مُحتَاجاً، فَلاَ ضَيْر، وَلِهَذَا عَمل فِيْهِ مُحَمَّد بن خَلَف بن المَرْزُبَان الأَخْبَارِي هَذِهِ القِطْعَة:أَبْلِغِ الحَارِثَ المُحَدِّثَ قَوْلاً ... عَنْ أَخٍ صَادِقٍ شَدِيْدِ المَحَبَّهْ
وَيْكَ قَدْ كُنْتَ تَعْتَزِي سَالِفَ الدَّهْ ... رِ قَدِيْماً إِلَى قَبَائِلِ ضَبَّهُ
وَكَتَبْتَ الحَدِيْثَ عَنْ سَائِرِ النَّا ... سِ وَحَاذَيْتَ فِي اللِّقَاءِ ابْنَ شَبَّهْ
عَنْ يَزِيْدَ وَالوَاقِدْيِّ وَرَوْحٍ ... وَابْنَ سَعْدٍ وَالقَعْنَبِيِّ وَهُدْبَهْ
ثُمَّ صَنَّفْتَ مِنْ أَحَادِيْثِ سُفْيَا ... نَ وَعَنْ مَالِكٍ وَ (مُسْنَدِ) شُعْبَهْ
وَعَنِ ابْنِ المَدِيْنِيِّ فَمَا زِلْـ ... ـتَ قَدِيْماً تبثُّ فِي النَّاسِ كُتُبَه
أَفعنْهُم أَخذْتَ بَيْعَك للْعِلْمِ ... وَإِيثَارَ مَنْ يَزِيْدَكَ حبَّه ؟
فِي أَبيَاتٍ أُخر، فَلَمَّا وَصلت الأَبيَات إِلَيْهِ، قَالَ: أَدخلُوهُ، فضحنِي قَاتله الله.
تُوُفِّيَ الحَارِث يَوْم عرفَة، سَنَة اثْنَتَيْنِ وَثَمَانِيْنَ وَمائَتَيْنِ فِي عشر المئَة.
